Pet accidents, such as urine, on the carpet, padding, subfloor, walls, or baseboards. Another cause is pet dander, oils, and hair on the carpet or padding. Bathing your pets regularly and frequent vacuuming can reduce pet odors. Specialty treatments will be appropriate based on the source and type of odor.

Approximately, every 12 months. Carpets experiencing high traffic, pets, children, and commercial traffic may require more frequent maintenance. Check with your carpet retailer for requirements to maintain warranties.

Pick up small items like toys, pet beds, rugs, or shoes. Vacuum all areas to remove excess hair, dirt, dust, or debris for better results and to reduce additional charges. Move breakable objects to a safe location. Remove any furniture possible. We will clean around any furniture left in place.
